By signing this Agreement, I confirm that I am 18 years or over and that the information provided is true and correct.
By signing this Agreement, I confirm that I am signing an agreement where I will be charged of services provided by OneCall. I agree that any monthly access service charges are charged in advance, and any out of bundle charges are charged in arrears at the end of the next month.
I agree that OneCall will continue to charge me unless until I have given notice to end the Agreement giving no less than 30 days’ notice unless I have purchased a 30 Day SIM at which point the service will stop on the 30th day after activation.
I agree that activating a 30 Day SIM; I am not entering into a financial contract, but agree to usage terms and condition as regulated by Ofcom.
I agree that once a OneCall SIM has been activated, OneCall will not provide a refund for services out of their control for example network coverage, standard cancelation policy applies.
I confirm that I have had the opportunity to review a copy of this form of Agreement (including the Important Legal Terms) to keep; and that, in good time before I have signed this, I received a copy of the document headed “Pre-Contract Information” and that I have read and agreed to the “Important - use of your information” section.
