OneCall is powered by the Vodafone & O2 networks and can connect to 3G & 4G networks across the globe.

Simply contact your previous network provider or text ‘PAC’ to 65075 to get a code valid for 30 days. This won’t disrupt your service. We’ll walk you through steps to enter this code to transfer the phone number you want to keep.

Whilst you are in the UK tethering is unlimited. In the EU tethering comes out of your monthly allowance which is 25GB per month. Outside of the UK & Europe, you will need to add on one of our passport plans. Fair use policies apply to all tethering.

You can use your OneCall plan anywhere in the world. In the EU your calls, texts and data work like normal, except there is a cap on your data of 25GB per month. Outside the EU you will need to add on one of our passport plans.

No, on 30-day rolling SIMs your monthly allowances will automatically renew every 30 days and a the payment will be taken from your account by Direct Debit Credit Card or Debit Card. So there’s no need to top up, you can even pay for your Passport and Passport+.

On a 30 day bundle SIM: you still have all the benefits of our unlimited SIM but it will expire 30 days after the date you activate it. You also will not be able to make international calls / texts or use your SIM outside of the EU without adding on one of our passport plans. Passport is designed for using your phone while you are travelling outside of the UK and EU. Passport+ is designed to save you money when you use your phone to make International calls or send International texts while in the UK.
Staying on the same network – Charge of £36 inc. VAT to change providers, this means that if you move from O2 or to OneCall O2 or Vodafone to OneCall Vodafone, you will be charged.

Moving to the same network incurs a charge, Moving away from your network does not incur a charge. Speak to our Customer Services for more information.
